After a successful production cycle for period 2016-2017 we have complete the collection of our production.
The collection has started from March, and we started collect mature snails, until the 1st of June.

Harvesting has been complete with excellent results.

  • The collection of the snails must be done with attention in all the breeding unit.
  • After the collection we dry and clean the snails.
  • During the collection of the production we are cleaning the snail breeding unit
  • The cleaning of the unit in order to be ready for the next production cycle.
  • The production is collected from the grass and curtains, and around the parks.
